We did not plan on buying a Subaru on Saturday and had planned on checking out several other vehicles however with her easygoing non-pushy style, we felt comfortable enough to really look at the vehicle and take our time - eventually falling in love with it. She made everything easy, kept the process moving and really bent over backwards for us as we bounced around to several different trim levels. I had been fiercely shopping around, test driving cars and looking for the best deal AND experience. I live in MA and went to IRA Subaru Danvers...they were terrible. Found the SUV I wanted but wasted lot of time playing the game there with no resolution. I had previously test drove cars up at Exeter and dealt with Travis Clement (the sales rep I worked with) so I was curious to see if they could help. I called him up, explained my situation and my offer. Two phone calls later he came back with a lower price and better offer!! He ordered my new car and I drove up to Exeter to seal the deal. I ended up ordering weather-tech mats for my 4 floors and Travis was nice enough to throw in a cargo area tray ($50 value) at no cost. I know several people who have bought their vehicles there and have been super happy. They are reasonable, low pressure and very cooperative. I would recommend going to Travis as I had a wonderful experience with him and he worked with his manager to get the best price. Super stoked and would highly recommend them. It's worth the drive if you live in MA! More
