Low-pressure sales experience We were interested in buying a 2018 Outback but wanted to shop around a bit. Exeter Subaru had one of the largest selections of '18 Outbacks in New En We were interested in buying a 2018 Outback but wanted to shop around a bit. Exeter Subaru had one of the largest selections of '18 Outbacks in New England at the time we were looking and it was close, so we went down for a test drive. Our salesperson was extremely low-pressure. She didn't push us at all when we said we were just looking. There was no attempt to upsell us on something fancier than what we wanted. Nevertheless, we were interested in getting a good price so we went home and spent a week e-mailing dealerships all over New England, negotiating prices with several (I highly recommend doing this, by the way---just be prepared to walk away if you don't get what you want). It just happened to turn out that Exeter Subaru was able to match what we were willing to pay and they had what we wanted. The paperwork was typical but relatively painless for the most part. We dealt with seven different dealerships and Exeter was the lowest pressure of them all. They are a small, family-owned dealership which is why I was a bit surprised at the size of their inventory. They had more cars on the lot than all but one other dealer we dealt with. More

That experience has soured my view to this dealership, and I will recommend others not to patronize this Subaru dealer as a result. More

Good place to buy a vehicle I bought a used Maxima my sales person was Travis. He was very goo !!.No games. I feel like i got a great deal on my car and I also like thd fact that it comes with a lifetime power train warranty from them. Only gripe i could make is that for my trade they made me wait 40 min to get a trade in value for it. They basically didnt want my car because it has a rebuilt title which is totally fine . But they did have my title in hand from the begining so we could have easily skipped that 40 min hold up. Overall I'm happy with my experience, profesional salesman and staff and a good deal. More
