Not Impressed I visited this dealership several days in a row throughout the car buying process, and while everyone was kind and thoughtful they also seemed to have I visited this dealership several days in a row throughout the car buying process, and while everyone was kind and thoughtful they also seemed to have no regard for my time. I ended up purchasing the car, but with my time constraint could not wait for it to be processed. I told my agent that I would be back in the morning when they opened to pick it up. When I arrived, they had not even begun processing the car, so I had to leave and return several hours later when I had given them the entire previous day to finish everything up. Overall it was a fine experience, but I did not feel respected as a customer or as a person. More

I trust Exeter Subaru completely and even sent my elderly mother there for the first time 10 years ago and so far she has purchased two new vehicles from them! So I guess that you can say that we are a Subaru family. More

excellent service but disappointed with subaru quality I bought a Forester two years ago from Exeter Subaru. It has been a great car. But only two and half years later, the car already makes noise (with only 22k miles). It turns out the steer rack needs to be replaced. Fortunately it is still within warranty. Otherwise I was told the cost is a hefty 3,000 (1,000 part + 2,000 worth of labor). Subaru claims it has the highest quality. It turned out this is just another self claimed hoax. I really hope this car I like will not end up as a lemon (will carefully watch and update). I will be very cautious to buy any Subaru brand for my next purchase. The dealership experience has been great. They are friendly, honest people. I appreciate all the information I got from them. They are doing their best to satisfy customers. I was referred by my friend when I bought. I will recommend others to do business with them. More
