Unfiltered Honesty! After my wife was stuck for hours in the blizzard we had here in Chicago, she believe she would need the biggest most expensive truck she could find. In most cases, any dealer would have been happy to oblige. In contrast, the General Manager, Ricky, fully consulted us on what would best fit my wife's need, not only in the winter, but year round. Ricky presented a few great options, explaining the pros and cons of each vehicle. Finally, after deciding to purchase a mint condition ML 550 with very low miles, Ricky offered us a great price with a full warranty. I was so pleased with the high level of service, I am purchasing another vehicle for myself this week.
