I bought a used car from an Exotic Motors INC a 2011 BMW Z4 roadster. Three weeks after I bought it my engine blew up. I took it to the nearest BMW dealer and they said because of LACK OF MAINTENANCE they w Z4 roadster. Three weeks after I bought it my engine blew up. I took it to the nearest BMW dealer and they said because of LACK OF MAINTENANCE they won't honor the warranty. I had all the maintenance records and they said it doesn't matter. I called BMW and they said there is nothing they can do that I shouldn't have bought a used car. The problem is they do not have the know how to fix problems on their vehicles. Call it incompetence or plain not giving a rip about their customers or product. After being ripped off for over $6,000 just in rebuilding the engine the Exotic Motors put me on the block list, rude customer service. BEWARE full of scam business!!! More

Buyer beware! This dealer does nothing but lie and sell garbage! Sold us a vehicle with a multitude of underlying issues. We reported the issues immediately and they even took possession of the car for garbage! Sold us a vehicle with a multitude of underlying issues. We reported the issues immediately and they even took possession of the car for 2 weeks to have it inspected by the manufacture directly to confirm our suspicions. They offered no solutions with zero accountability! When asked for the report they refused to provide it. They refused to cancel the sale or provide alternate solutions and take accountability for Under handed sale of a lemon!!!! Owners are shady and refuse to be accountable! Do not do business here!!!!!
