Called in to ask about a mechanic for a 2020 jeep they sold me that is a lemon… instead was, hassled into trading the car in. The day I’m scheduled to go in is scheduled for 4pm, I call to confirm the tim sold me that is a lemon… instead was, hassled into trading the car in. The day I’m scheduled to go in is scheduled for 4pm, I call to confirm the time the day of and to let them know I may be a little bit late because I just got done working 6pm-6am, instead I have some guy haggle me “you should just come get it handled now you’ll be in and out before 12” I come down to the shop, I’m talked into a car on the lot, I’m told I have to get my old car towed up there, I tell them “I’d rather wait until everything is final before towing it in”but they eventually say everything is good. so I pay $100 get it towed to the shop, they even allow me to drive the car im planning on buying home and place the key in the car im trading in for the tow man. I arrive back at the dealership the dealers are gassing me up “you’re going to look good in that car, the girls are in trouble” give me paperwork to sign, I start signing referrals, and signing signatures. A white man comes in who supposedly drove an hour to come see the car, mind you it’s 2:30pm at this time, the guy walks up to me and reassured me “it’s still your car he just wants to test drive it, he drove an hour to see it, don’t worry though you got this” I continue to sit for another 1 1/2 watching them sneakily have the white guy sign paperwork by printing papers and trying to walk through side doors to hide where they’re taking the paperwork. They basically kept me waiting from 10:30 to 3:30 after getting off work at 6 AM, just so they can get an extra dollar from the white man. Made me pay to tow my car there, and to tow it back home and waste of my day, literally it’s 5:42 pm… they never told me a buyer was on the way? Never told me they had begun the process of asking the car, nothing. Just wasted time. He Tried to offer that I wait for a new mustang… i asked why tf would you ever think I would still do business with yall? I’m good, then the mechanic called himself “righting their wrongs” and tried to overcharge me on a starter he told me it was $515 plus labor. The starter was only $118 at autozone… and this is after the guy gave me a heart wrenching speech about being fair and making it up to me lmao. Do not. I REPEAT. DO NOT SHOP HERE! They are so shady and conniving. I wasted an entire day, spent money, and for what? To be right back at square one. More

Ok, I don't do this BUT this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Jamad was friendly and accommodating. I was so comfortable here. The staff was kind and helpful. I didn't tell them that when I was coming so when I arrived I ask to see them. Of course the manager told me he didn't have the auto that I liked. But he said and I quote " we have something better" I said I wanted what I wanted. All the manger could say was " I'm sorry" Well you and this dealership is sorry won't never ever go back to this Ghetto dealership. More

FELT LIKE FAMILY Got to the dealership at 9AM ...met with Christopher we talked as if we had known each other for years....he really eased my anxiety of dealerships. Once they ran the numbers we had to meet with Kamal..who was SPECTACULAR. He greeted us with warmest smile, and went right to work. They knew I had a trade and they reassured me it was not a problem at all..LET ME TELL YOU...by 1pm that same afternoon, I was driving away with an 2017 vehicle!!
