I’ve had my car almost 4 months I have not even enjoyed it service had me go to three different shops to replace the catalytic converter second shot wasn’t even contracted with express auto third shop ha it service had me go to three different shops to replace the catalytic converter second shot wasn’t even contracted with express auto third shop had my car for over 30 days express auto covers all costs of the car repair is repaired before 30 days . I was intentionally sent all over Battle Creek and delayed so I would have to pay a $250 deductible. when I got it back I went to battle creek location and I told him something wasn’t right with the car still not even two days later somewhere in my exhaust system caused it to be loud so loud you would of thought I didn’t have a muffler car coded out with three different codes Call service to have them tow it ( they start they do not tow however I know that to not be true as others I know we’re towed all the time to service they will only credit my deductible $50 if the repair is covered under warranty.. mind you my exhaust is extremely loud something has disconnected and exhaust is covered under warranty I’ve even called the mechanic and asked him to tow the car he also states that if it’s covered under warranty he will help with some of the costs again somethings wrong with my muffler from having my catalytic converter repaired so how is this not Covered? Each time I call service it’s the same lady that answers my account manager tells me a spicific name to ask for and this woman refuses to let me speak to the man I name I am transgender my legal name is still a typical males name I’m more than certain the woman whom answers the phone is not lgbt friendly her mean tone and refusal of any explanation, or even hearing that the issue is with the exhaust system which is covered under warranty therefore they should be paying for the tow having your tow truck driver come get the car or contacting their mechanic and telling him he’s gonna have to pay for the tow to come get the car this has been a nightmare this car was supposed to be A1 and get me to and from work like my other car couldn’t At this point today I have to remove my items from the car and just have them pick it up , the only way to do that is not to pay my payment now I will be stuck with a $15000 debt on my credit and carless. I do not recommend expressauto any locations! I have sense contacted a lawyer and been in contact with the BBB More

The worst place and people I've ever met in my life! Side Tracked and lied to I bought a vehicle from this place. I would not call it a dealership because what these people do is find cheap cars that have problems with them. They fix them half xxx to get them running but do not fix the real problem. I test drove a vehicle and the engine light was on. I asked the sales rep about it, he told me he would check it out. He came back and told me it was a bad spark plug and he would fix it. I picked up my car and the engine light was still on. I took the car to a parts store to have them check what the code was. It turned out to be that a spark plug was misfiring frequently. I called Express Auto back and told them about the code and if they could remove it. They told me if the code is erased it will not show up again if the same problem happens again. I called a mechanic and he told me that yes indeed the same code would show up again if there was a misfire in the same cylinder . I can imagine that I will be running into problems with this vehicle in the future. Express Auto cannot be trusted people. If you want to buy a lemon then this would be the number one place to go. I rate them -0 More

One of my biggest regrets Each time they have had the car for repairs -- and there have been about 20 things fixed over the last year -- they have had the car for 2 weeks. The current repair has not begun although it has been paid for and has been with them for over 2 weeks now. Now they are trying to collect more than the warranty amount because the car has had so many problems! It has been in the shop multiple times a month sometimes and almost monthly since I bought it. Their mechanics don't know enough about cars to find what's wrong. They just "fix" something to get it out of the shop and charge me another $100, and I'll still have to come back for the original issue which they kept no records on. I tried to speak with the main supervisor and he stated that he would make sure things got done, and now he's no longer with the company and I can't get a hold of the new one. I've tried to speak with my account manager, and when I call it's a new one because the old one left. I just get problem after problem with the car, and the company doesn't care if the car is broken or unsafe as long as they get their payment. Terrible service. Do not go here! More
