I pay 432 for a 2006 Ford Explorer that has no air and one speaker that works. I've asked them to help me by decreasing my payment monthly but they refused. The only option they gave me was to give the vehicle back and get garnished for the balance. After threatening me, the next day they ran a card that I did not give permission to run and caused my account to be $233 in the negative. Their answer to that was "we will pay any fees that we caused but we cannot reverse the payment".... xxx!?! Not to mention this is the second time they've don't that. Then after a year I find out that I am leasing the vehicle, not buying it!!!!!! Express Auto should have to pay back all the people they've ever screwed over... They are legal crooks that need to be stopped!!!! More

They say they're fixing it and charge you to fix and continue to take their $100 a week for a car they never fixed to begin with. Then when you try to term out of the lease they refuse to let you. The service people are incredibly rude and treat you like you're a piece of dirt. Then when you give the car back they drain your bank account for every last dollar regardless of how many kids you have at home and what your circumstances may be. What they don't tell you is that after you bring them the report from the auto shop of your choice, there mechanics are asked to look at the vehicle and decide weather it needs to be fixed or not. They claim free repairs but you are suppose to pay 100 dollars, the free car rental is going to cost 50. Some braud named heather tried to take a automatic payment from my account even though I had already paid my bill and I never agreed to automatic withdrawal. That is a criminal thing that she did. They are awful! Cars are waaaaaay! Over priced. Do not buy from them. More

We bought a vehicle from them with a check engine light on and they said they checked it on the several times we took it to them to be checked....needless to say the engine went out and they added it to th on and they said they checked it on the several times we took it to them to be checked....needless to say the engine went out and they added it to the loan. Shortly after replacing the engine the check engine light came back on and engine started to fail again and this time transmission started slipping as well..... they did not want to work out something on this car to get us a dependable vehicle, so our hands were tied and we had to hand it back to them after the repairs they added to the loan and many others which caused us financial difficulty. Even when we were on time the financial manager Teila Moore was always very nasty toward us and always seemed to yell into the phone. Express auto is a LEMON waiting to happen!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS U WANT A CAR WHICH CONSTANTLY BREAKS DOWN AND WANT SOMEONE ALWAYS YELLING AT U WHEN YOUR ON TIME WITH PAYMENT!!! That is the gods honest truth! More

Express Auto got us a vehicle financed the same day. We are stuck paying $12000 for a van not even valued at $4000! At that our payments were extremely expensive. When we came across a situation where we were a 2 WEEKS late on our payment and notified them ahead of time that we would have all 3 weekly payments in that third Friday they told us that it would be repossessed then because one payment was over 7 DAYS late. Tammy was completely rude and she is supposed to be a manager. The sales guys are very nice but the finace people are simply out to screw you even if you try to communicate with them and pay on time every other time for over a year. Biggest mistake ever. Guess we will put this under the young and dumb list be suss I can guarantee this mistake will never happen again. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy! More
