Unhappy customer I will not go back to Expressway Chevy GM again. They treat there loyal customers terrible when it comes to trading in a vehicle or multiple vehicles I will not go back to Expressway Chevy GM again. It's insulting how much they offered me on a vehicle I bought from them just 7 months before. We say we treat you like family were giving you a great deal. Well put it this way. I WOULD NOT want to be there family. So if you want to loose a lot of money go here. More

Wonderful Experience!!! Jim Thompson made my experience stress free. I knew exactly what I wanted in a car and the amount of money I wanted to spend. I live two hours aw Jim Thompson made my experience stress free. I knew exactly what I wanted in a car and the amount of money I wanted to spend. I live two hours away from Expressway, and it was well worth the drive. I had gone to two local places and the salesman only wanted to show me cars that was not in my price range. One place would not give me any money for my vehicle I was trading in. The other place, would not let me leave. They had my keys to my old car, and kept trying to give me more offers. I said I wanted to go home and think about it. They were not happy with this decision. Jim let me have as much time as I needed and even let me take a car home to drive in my normal routine since I lived so far away. Jim was quick to answer all of my questions. Since I live so far away, he answered all of my questions by email or text. He did not show me anything that I did not want or afford. I would recommend Expressway and Jim Thompson to anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle. More
