I filled in an online application. Showed up a couple days later took a test drive. Sat down, sign some papers and off I went with my new 2019 Dodge ram 1500 crew cab 4x4. I love it. More

Tim and I were in contact the entire week prior to my arrival at the dealership which made us These folks at expressway dodge are absolutely amazing. Tim and I were in contact the entire week prior to my arrival at the dealership which made us feel great about the upcoming meeting. Then once we arrived at the dealership Tim met us outside slapped the plate on it and away my wife and I were ona test drive. Then we came back and again met by Tim and we went to his office to discuss the deal. We had questions and Tim welcomed them greatly and also got his sales manager involved which he was awesome as well. After a very short explanation of our intentions, the manager was eager to listen and help out. Our deal was met very quickly because they genuinely care and listened to our needs. At no point candidly did we feel like the cliche of a car salesman kicking in. They are just great people! I highly recommend them to anyone. I don’t see this Ram diesel failing any year soon but if it does and I need to get another car, I will go back!!! Kuddos guys! More

Nice car but had issues and was told lies Heard lies from Warren Howard and his manager. Was told car needed an alignment but it was the 2 front tires (which I was told the tires were good) an Heard lies from Warren Howard and his manager. Was told car needed an alignment but it was the 2 front tires (which I was told the tires were good) and issue with the stabilization bar pins which end up costing 450$ for both. His manager tried to say that he didn't know Warren dropped the price for me, does that ever happen lol?! I never had a dealership do that to me b4, sell to a customer with bad tires, and not being truthful with the car and it's issues. Told warren the problems and no attempt to correct or compensate was made! More
