The second key was that the management: they were able to meet us at our price level, again, through a normal negotiation process, without pressuring us. The third key was dealing with their business account person, Steven, who in a very low key and professional manner guided us through the financing process, not pushing all the ad-ons, which would have added considerably to the final price, while at the same time, offering evidence and reasons why to get a certain add-on (we did in the end). After I got an oil change at Tasca Toyota, they left the engine cover from below loose and as result it got broken when I drive it, and found out this later when I hear some strange sound due to the contact engine cover from below loose and as result it got broken when I drive it, and found out this later when I hear some strange sound due to the contact of the cover with the tarmac road. I have decided to report the issue to Tasca Toyota since this is related to total negligence of the assigned technician. This kind of issue is happening for the second time. More
