When I went to Exton Nissan, I was just initially looking to test drive the 2013 Nissan Juke. I was on the fence about purchasing, as I am a new grad. I had done some research into the terms of Nissans' New to test drive the 2013 Nissan Juke. I was on the fence about purchasing, as I am a new grad. I had done some research into the terms of Nissans' New Graduate program, but had previously been told I needed to have a full time job offer before I could be accepted for the program, at a different dealer. I had the pleasure of working with Brianna, who was amazing from start to finish. She informed me that there was a miscommunication in regards to the program and I was eligible, as I had thought prior. She went above and beyond to find the exact model, interior/exterior colors, and all the features I wanted. Everything I asked for, I received. Brianna and the Exton Nissan team more than exceeded any and all expectations I had, as well as eased any reservations. I would "hands down" recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new/pre-owned car! This team is awesome! More
Exton Nissan has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Once you signed the contract, they would not care if you complaint. the Sales Manager (African American) was so rude and irritating to me. The seen. The financial manager will persuade you to buy Nissan extended warranty and 5-in-1 insurance!! They overcharged!! You can buy the same warranty a lot cheaper in any Nissan Dealers(online or local), as long as your car is new. 5-in-1 insurance is not worthy because your car insurance can fully cover. They won't tell you that. of course, they want your money!!! Unfortunately, I didn't know this website Dealerrater.com until I bought my car. I found one of the reviews had the same issue as mine. :-( More
This is one of very few reviews I have ever bothered to write but I have a great story to tell and felt like I should write it. I was looking for a small commuter car that I could have fun with and I write but I have a great story to tell and felt like I should write it. I was looking for a small commuter car that I could have fun with and I had decided to buy an inexpensive new two seat sportscar from another dealer. I had been calling around to other dealerships for some last chance ideas before I signed the paperwork. I discussed my situation with Brianna and she said that she had a gem on the lot that I really should look at before I made a decision. She said it was a 2005 Honda S2000. My first reaction was...2005?...Honda?...I didn't know Honda made sportscars. She convinced me that it was something very special. I decided to have a look. I really liked what I saw. The car had low mileage, a new clutch, new brakes and new tires (not cheap tires but high end speed rated tires). Exton-Nissan did an exceptional job going over the car with a fine tooth comb. It looked like it had just rolled off of the showroom floor and to call it a gem was an understatement. This car was very well taken care of. I discussed it at lenght with Brianna and Jeff Petka. What impressed me the most was their knowledge of the car. I found it refreshing that sales people at a Nissan dealership could know so much about a 2005 Honda. I have gone to other dealerships in the past where salesmen knew very little about the cars that they sold regularly. Brianna and Jeff certainly did their homework. I sat and listened as Brianna fed me car facts, car figures, car history and car comparisons. No hard sell...just a very pleasant discussion. The Honda S2000 went out of production in 2009 and there are only 362 still registered in the US. The 240 HP 2.2 liter engine has the highest horsepower of it's class. Brianna wasn't exaggerating when she said that this was a special car. This car had a mystique about it. I didn't fully appreciate what I had bought until my sports car buff friends explained to me that this car was rare and highly sought after by sportscar enthusiasts for it's performance, appearance and reliability. It always amazes me how the very best opportunites happen when you are least expecting them and under the strangest circumstances. I enjoy this car and I am loving every minute that I get to drive it. I was very happy with the price and I am very happy with the time and attention that they gave me. So once again thank you Brianna, Jeff and the folks at Exton-Nissan. You guys are a class act. More
We recently decided to get a bigger and safer car, so we came here specifically for Brianna who was recommended to us by a family member who has purchased from her a few times. We ended up going twice due to not getting a chance to go to her when we had asked for her the first time. The first trip there was not a good experience what so ever due to one person only. Everyone else was great and super friendly! We went back the second demanding we'd see Brianna. She went above and beyond to make everything right. She apologized multiple times, even though it was not her fault whatsoever. She made sure to listen to what we had to say and she found us the PERFECT car. Exactly what i wanted! She worked with us and made sure we were able to get what we wanted. I can not tell people enough, how great she is! I HIGHLY recommend her!! More

I came in looking for help getting into a new car. My husband and I went to Exton Nissan to test drive a car and wound up going home with one. The whole experience was great. We didn't feel like they were pushing us to purchase. I was in the market for a bigger vehicle for my balloon business. I started looking around and saw the Nissan NV3500 passenger van parked at the Nissan Exton Lot. I went inside and met Scott Wiley. I told him I just wanted to look at the vehicle and I didn't want any pressure to buy. Scott got the vehicle for me and we went on a test drive. I loved the way the V8 handled and the room inside was impressive. I fell in love with the car. I told him I wanted the best price for the vehicle and I needed a generous payoff for my trade in. Within minutes, I got the price I wanted for both the trade in and the new vehicle. I then told Scott I would be back that evening with my husband to finalize the deal. That evening my whole family went to Nissan Exton to purchase the vehicle. When arriving we looked at the new Nissan NV. While looking a Nissan Rogue caught our eye. Our daughter just turned 16 and she was with us so we asked if they could show us that vehicle. Scott then asked salesman Joe Paylor if he could show our daughter the Rogue. My daughter fell in love with the vehicle and me being a push over had to get it for her. So, I went to buy one vehicle and left with two. I got a great deal on both. Bottom line: great customer service, great deal, and love both vehicles. Rating is a A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Wouldn't buy anywhere else... The Donnian's More
