I needed/wanted to purchase a new vehicle but hadn't done so in a lot of years. I was very concerned and nervous about the whole process. Bill was a wonderful salesman. JEFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO LOCATE AND DEALER TRADE THE VEHICLE I WANTED BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE IN STOCK. IT TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET OTHER DEALERS TO COMMIT TO THE TRADE AND JEFF WAS IN CONSTAN VEHICLE I WANTED BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE IN STOCK. We went to try to purchase a new Dodge Ram. Bill VanDam (our salesman) was crunching the numbers, trying to get near our mthly payment range, we ask for. Well we had to leave as he couldnt get near what we wanted for a payment. BUT Bill VanDam didnt stop there! Even after we left he was trying to help us purchase a new vehicle! Amazing! (he didn't just stop and move on to another customer) We get a call from Bill, and he has worked it so we could purchase this Truck, within our monthly payment range. We rely on this Dealership and our faith in good prices and salemen. We have used Bill VanDam in the past-...He never ceases to amaze us with his knowledge, caring, and personality. Jeff did a great job locating the vehicle color that we wanted! He also made the options work for us, so that we were not buying a lot of options that we didn't want!
