This is the only experience I have ever had where I walked away totally satisfied with my new vehicle and and as a result, 5 different sales people. From the second that Bill met us in the parking lot as I scoped out the Rams, to the day I picked up my truck, he was friendly and outgoing. This was a great experience. I had never bought a new car before. I wanted to buy it in MI but at the present I am living in MA. I found a Jeep that had most everything I was looking for. I called Ext car before. I wanted to buy it in MI but at the present I am living in MA. I found a Jeep that had most everything I was looking for. I called Extreme Dodge and asked to talk to a sales person and was connected to Bill VanDam. I explained what I wanted and if they could possibly add the other items I was looking for. I was already approved with my own financing so that was not an issue. I talked to Bill on a Tuesday and wanted to pick the Jeep up on Saturday. They were able to add everything I was looking for and have it ready on Saturday for me. Bill kept me posted on what was going on with my Jeep. I have already recommended Extreme Dodge to a friend and will again. For doing this all on line I had a great experience. Thanks for all of your help. More

Wow, were we impressed with the service we received from Jeff Wilson! We live near Jackson, work in Ann Arbor, but try to keep our vehicle purchases in Jackson. My husband called and spoke with Jeff about a Jeep we saw on the lot and made arrangements to meet with him the next day. When we arrived at the dealership, Jeff had the vehicle sitting out front and wasted no time getting us out for a test drive. When we returned from the test drive we weren't sure about that model. Jeff right away suggested another vehicle, we test drove it and loved it! He got us a great deal on our trade in, as well as the vehicle we purchased without all the haggling that usually goes along wiith a purchase, which we really appreciated. We will definitely purchase from Jeff again! More
