We went to try to purchase a new Dodge Ram. Bill VanDam (our salesman) was crunching the numbers, trying to get near our mthly payment range, we ask for. Well we had to leave as he couldnt get near what we wanted for a payment. BUT Bill VanDam didnt stop there! Even after we left he was trying to help us purchase a new vehicle! Amazing! (he didn't just stop and move on to another customer) We get a call from Bill, and he has worked it so we could purchase this Truck, within our monthly payment range. We rely on this Dealership and our faith in good prices and salemen. We have used Bill VanDam in the past-...He never ceases to amaze us with his knowledge, caring, and personality. We have used service in past also and found it to be excellent. More

Jeff did a great job locating the vehicle color that we wanted! He also made the options work for us, so that we were not buying a lot of options that we didn't want! Customer service seems to be a dying trend in all areas of sales and service - especially when it comes to anything automotive related - which is why Extreme Dodge Chrysler and Jeep is my preferred service of sales and service - especially when it comes to anything automotive related - which is why Extreme Dodge Chrysler and Jeep is my preferred service destination. Whenever I bring my vehicles in for service, I am treated like a VIP. Everytime I call to set up an appointment I am speaking with a friendly individual who seems genuinely interested in making sure that my service needs are met on a schedule that is convienient for me. I have always been greeted with a smile upon arrival and the work is done promptly and properly. Their pricing is competitive and they offer rewards for repeat customers. The service department at Extreme is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone, especially those who are tired of walking into a auto repair shop and being treated like a part instead of a person.
