- jamesvanslambrouckThe absolute worst service department Ive ever had to deal with! These people are scam artists and will take advantage of you and your money every chance they get! (Especially Jeff in the service dept! The most arrogant unintelligent person I’ve ever come in contact with!) I highly recommend taking your vehicle to any other dodge dealership for service except “Extreme Dodge!” I am Purple Heart recipient, “disabled veteran” that doesn’t have much money and this place has tried to manipulate and milk my wife and I of our money every single time we have brought our vehicle in for service! If it were possible on this review I would give them -5 stars! Absolute CROOKS!

- Scorpio735The service manger Mike was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to me when I went in there today. I had my vehicle serviced for my ignition switch and the auto turn off feature was not functioning. And the third problem I had was I wanted my seat belt alarm deactivated. The service center said they could not do it when in my book that came with the car, it says to bring it in to my dealership service center to have it deactivated but it is not recommended. So I called Jeep care and they made a star ticket to have one of the engineers call them to walk them through how to do it. I was then told by Jeep care that the engineer REFUSED to deactivate it because it was an important safety feature. I said that I needed that in writing that they are REFUSING to deactivate the alarm when it says clear as day that you will in my book. They said they won’t write the letter and that I had to go into my dealerships service center to have them write it. I had to leave work early today in order to make it to the service center before 5. When I got there I asked for mike and I was sent to his office. As I was explaining my problem with the alarm and the whole back story he said he couldn’t deactivate it again. I explained the book and he said he didn’t wanna see it and that he believed me. He then said that I should just buckle the seat belt and leave it behind me and what was the difference... I said that the difference is that I should not have to do that when it is my vehicle and it says that it can be deactivated in my book and that if he is refusing to do it then I need a letter stating that he is refusing to deactivate it. He refused to do so, told me he had other appointments to take he had to take care of, kept cutting me off when I tried to speak, told me to find a different dealership and closed the door on my face! I called Jeep care again and I was told that I had to speak with the area manager about this. His name is mark. I left him a message and I’m waiting for a call back.

- DareRam14I took my Ram into Extreme for a standard maintanance procedure. The salesman Brad Cooper was very helpful and knowledgable about my vehicle. Brad also let me know that my vehicle had a recall and that it could be fixed right then. I would highly recommend this dealership and will further contact Brad for future purchases.

- bgough22There are so many great aspects of my dealings with Extreme Dodge that blowout any of the experiences I've had everywhere else. Anyone like me really hates the thought of the car buying experience but after dealing with Extreme Dodge and my salesman Brad Cooper I can't imagine going anywhere else. The purchase was completely seamless and I didn't have to wait for Brad to find out from his "Sales Manager" what he could do for me. Other dealers I went to, went back and forth ten times and it seemed like it took hours to the point that I didn't even want to buy. Not the case here! Since the purchase the service has been exceptional! I've felt that everyone at Extreme is honest and I appreciate everything they've done. Thank you Extreme Dodge and Brad Cooper!
