It took me about a week to sell my BMW and get the insurance together. Steve was helpful and never pressured me to get the deal done. That's because FC Kerbeck knows how to treat their customers. I have purchased 3 BMW cars in the last few years and never was treated by their sales staff as well as Steve on this purchase. I also visited Audi their customer service was terrible. I plan on be a FC Kerbeck customer for life. Glen Smith in the finance Department was also a pleasure to deal with. He explained each form ( There was a few ) in detail and make even that part of the deal enjoyable. Looking forward to my next new car from FC Kerbeck. More
