They were not pushy like other dealerships where I've been. I did not have to stress over haggling because they clearly had they're prices marked without hidden fees, and gave me an easy break down of been. Mike promptly got back to me Monday Jan 20 2014 via email with the breakdown and the price that he could do. His pricing was so fantastic that I saw no further need to bargain any further. The day I was to pick up the car it was rather snowy in NY and Mike had no issues keeping the car in the showroom for another week as I really wanted to be able to get the car home somewhat clean. I consider myself very knowledgeable about cars especially Italian cars and so is Mike. He is very low key, no high pressure sales pitch ans best of all he knows the product which is important. In my view Mike gets 5 STARS. When I picked up the car finally on Jan 23 I saw the Abarth for the 1st time in the daylight. All polished and clean and waiting for her new owner. Maria a very attractive sales assistant at Fiat of Fairfield was nice enough to offer to pair my IPHONE with the Fiat's Blu & Me system. Maria pointed out several key features of the Fiat while we waited for the Fiat to warm up in 7 degree temperatures. Maria also was able to setup my free Sirius Radio subscription while pairing my IPHONE. She is also very knowledgeable with all things Fiat and was very pleasant to deal with + she herself owns a Fiat 500 GUCCI model.
