Terrible experience. I will never use the service department again. They caught us in a technicality between our Max Care Mopar service plan, a broke down vehicle (showing an entirely different erro department again. They caught us in a technicality between our Max Care Mopar service plan, a broke down vehicle (showing an entirely different error) and a night drop to avoid a tow. I took my Promaster3500 to this dealer for an inspection. They responded with an $8000+ list of ridiculous, gouging repairs. In addition, the vehicle now has a braking issue. My guess is they haphazardly rea They responded with an $8000+ list of ridiculous, gouging repairs. In addition, the vehicle now has a braking issue. My guess is they haphazardly reassembled the systems they checked when I told them I wasn't going to submit to their highway robbery. For example, they wanted over $700 to replace a front lamp assembly that I did for $125 in less than 15 minutes. Other repairs I did myself for a fraction of the costs they quoted. This outfit is not to be trusted. Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler has demonstrated to me they have no respect for their customers. My name is Bob Potter and I stand by this review. More

I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light the day b ABSOULTE CROOKS. RUN RUN RUN from this dealership. I'd give a NEGATIVE review if I could. I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light the day before leaving for vacation. AARON told me everything would be covered under a recall warranty and my rental would be covered 100%. I got NO phone calls letting me know what was being done to my vehicle or when it was done and ready for pickup. When I called on a Friday night after driving for 8 hours, I was informed I would be charged over $1000 and have to pay for the rental. I had no choice but to return the rental to avoid extra charges and was left carless all weekend with two children. They gave me NO options and I have to wait until Monday for a manager which means I have to take off from work because of their error. Aaron lied to his manager to cover himself and told me I should have "assumed" I would be responsible for my rental. He didn't think he had to tell me.... Corporate said "the dealerships are their eyes and ears" and only take their word. So much for customer satisfaction. More

They gave me free oil chances for life, and after 12 yrs of doing it they said they were not going to honor it anymore. The service mgr. was very rude, and the general mgr. told me it was mostly because I w of doing it they said they were not going to honor it anymore. The service mgr. was very rude, and the general mgr. told me it was mostly because I wasn't getting anything of my other work done there. Don't trust this dealership.they said after 12 yrs they did an audit on my account and I wasn't supposed to get this service, it was for gasoline trucks only, I just don't believe it, and they would never show me proof of that audit, even if they did make a mistake, they still should make it good to the customer, it's all bologna! More
