Trust but Verify I called the dealership to make an appointment for an oil change. I was told that they did not make appointments for oil changes and that I should com I called the dealership to make an appointment for an oil change. I was told that they did not make appointments for oil changes and that I should come into the dealership and they would change the oil while I waited. When I arrived at the dealership the following morning I was told by a different service advisor that the information that I had been given the the previous day was incorrect and that I needed an appointment to get an oil change. Which was also unavailable. The fact that I had made a wasted trip for service due the misinformation that was provided to me be the first service advisor was clearly not of any particular concern to this dealership. I have taken my business elsewhere and recommend others do the same. More

Terrible Service I couldn't be more dissatisfied with the service department at Fair Oaks Jeep. I bought a brand new jeep from them and for 2 years now they have be I couldn't be more dissatisfied with the service department at Fair Oaks Jeep. I bought a brand new jeep from them and for 2 years now they have been unable to diagnose a battery draw issue. Some tech they have thought it would be cool to trick out the jeep with tactical bumpers/lights/winch etc. Yet they installed it wrong and now it wont ever hold a charge. It's now the 3rd time it's been in the service shop. I'm told it's being worked on "daily" and it's in techs bay "right now" we will call you as soon as we have an update. Margaret Crabill the tech advisor, and Tom Archer (Service Manager) have yet to send me an updated text or a call regarding the status of my vehicle. It looks like I am going to need to escalate this even higher up the chain to get the service I expect. Just to clarify, the Jeep was brand new and driven off the show room floor, so this is all on the Dealership. I am now onto my second rental from Enterprise because I had the first one "too long". My advice is to avoid these guys completely. More

Tom and the service techs gave me the highest quality of care during my last round of regular maintenance and a state inspection. They keep my vehicle in mint condition and always return it promptly after service. Most importantly, I know I am a valued customer when I go to this dealership. Excellent emergency services Margaret did an amazing job handling our emergency services. From the initial call to handling the tow to the dealer to assessing the situation and t Margaret did an amazing job handling our emergency services. From the initial call to handling the tow to the dealer to assessing the situation and then coordinating the repairs and then washing the car prior to my picking it up we were kept informed with both progress and plan.
