Service managers lie and refuse to make reparations - I had no problems with my 2017 Grand Cherokee until I took it to Fair Oaks for service in April 2018. They performed an alignment and 5000 miles lat - I had no problems with my 2017 Grand Cherokee until I took it to Fair Oaks for service in April 2018. They performed an alignment and 5000 miles later in August the outside edge of both front tires were worn and had to be replaced. They stated the alignment was fine and were unable to determine the cause of the unusual tire wear but told me to come back if I had any additional problems. November 2018 (5000 miles later) I returned to Fair Oaks with the exact same wear pattern on my front tires only to be told that the vehicle was out of alignment and my tires once again needed replaced. The service manager Tom, stated they were unwilling to cover the cost of the tires because they had recommended an alignment in August which was a lie. As "evidence" they presented a handwritten note that existed only on their copy of the service record. They ruined 4 tires in less than 10000 miles and unnecessarily cost me nearly $1200. More
180 Degree Improvement I absolutely love the flexible hours, having the ability to drop your vehicle off at 8:30 PM on a Thursday evening for an oil change and state inspect I absolutely love the flexible hours, having the ability to drop your vehicle off at 8:30 PM on a Thursday evening for an oil change and state inspection and be on the road again within 50 minutes is fantastic. If you want things taken care of, be sure to see Aaron (SP), the guys knows his stuff and takes care of his customers...saved me big a few months back and I can't thank him enough. Overall solid reputable guy!! More

Repaired My Ram That No One Else Could Andrew set up the appointment and Aaron made sure to get my Ram running again after another dealer failed on 2 occasions. Service - Repair - customer experience I'm a long standing client with this dealership. It's very troubling to watch how they perceive customer experience. My service repair took 2 weeks wh I'm a long standing client with this dealership. It's very troubling to watch how they perceive customer experience. My service repair took 2 weeks which included false quoting, false repair (presented the truck back to me without test drive or verifying the issue was fixed) , I returned it for more repairs and more expense to the tune of $3100. The service team attempted to offer 20% discount however the complaint I have is the customer experience. How can I rely on a service repair if they wont properly fix the problem and test drive it before handing it over. At my request I sat down with Tom Archer the Service Manager. He promised to call me the same day after reviewing the entire service work and a talk with the techs to understand what occurred. The return call never happened. I then reached out to him 3 business days later and he advised he would contact me after the 4th of July holiday. I never heard from Tom. I will not do business with this dealership going forward, I need a service shop that is concerned for truly repairing the vehicle and my customer experience. More
Stay away from this "service" department This service department is a joke at best. I took my truck in for a couple of recall notices and to have a transmission problem fixed. The messed w This service department is a joke at best. I took my truck in for a couple of recall notices and to have a transmission problem fixed. The messed with my front end alignment. As I cannot prove they did this, they will not fix it without a fee. Then they wanted over $600 to disassemble my transmission to troubleshoot the cause of it's fault. Then charge me for parts and labor to reassemble. I even told them what needed to be replaced and gave them the TSB number that described the symptoms and directed what two parts to replace (just inside the fluid pan). They insisted it had nothing to do with my truck. I spoke with the assistant service manager. She insisted that it had nothing to do with my truck either. Even though the symptoms of the TSB and my truck were the exact same. She stated that I should just have the transmission replaced. Of course I had to pay a diagnostics fee (even though they didn't diagnose a thing), before I could get my truck back. I took it to a private shop that confirmed what two parts needed to be replaced. It was under $200 in parts and labor to fix the problem at a real auto shop. Now they have a robo-dialer that keeps calling me to schedule a service appointment. 6 months ago, I asked them to stop calling me. They have recently started calling me again. I left them a message that if I get any more robo-calls, I will be reporting them. Stay far away from this place. More
