MY WORST NIGHTMARE ...Run away fast!!! I can't even begin to put in words how horrible my experience has been with this service department. The Service Manager does not feel he's accountabl I can't even begin to put in words how horrible my experience has been with this service department. The Service Manager does not feel he's accountable for his mechanic's actions and "lack of communication" (his words not mine). They have had my fiance's challenger for two weeks and still don't have a solution for why his car won't start consistently and the speedometer drops to zero and locks in first gear. First they replace the alternator, and then they replaced the ABS Module. They told us the vehicle was ready and we go to pick it up and it won't start, 3 different times this has happened. The mechanic tells us one story and the service manager tells a different story. We caught them in several blatent lies. There is no communication, professional or accountability for anything. We agreed to pay for the parts, but not for the labor given they still haven't fixed the problem and they wouldn't refund us. I don't know many people who feel that they deserve to be paid for not doing their job. Have tried to contact both of the owner's Jim and Melanie and don't get a response from either one of them. We just bought a car from them two weeks ago and were trying to buy a new car from their dealership once the car was fixed, but apparently we aren't valued customer so at this point we are taking our business elsewhere...AND FAST! Long story short there are a million other Dodge dealers in the area, save your energy and sanity. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! More

Awful Service Department I have been using Jeep dealers for service on my vehicles for over twenty years and I have always received great customer service, but today that chan I have been using Jeep dealers for service on my vehicles for over twenty years and I have always received great customer service, but today that changed at Fair Oaks Jeep in Chantilly. I made my appointment several days in advance for routine maintenance, alignment, repair of several recall items and a service wash. Dropped the vehicle off at 11:00AM for a 5:00PM pick-up. Never received a call that the vehicle was done and called to check on it at 6:45PM. There seemed to be confusion as to whether the vehicle was done or not, but I was finally informed it was ready for pick-up. When I showed up there was more confusion and they couldn't find the paperwork. After they found the paperwork they couldn't find the car keys. After 30 minutes, they located the keys by the service wash area and informed me that the vehicle was never washed/cleaned. The manager was unhelpful and very arrogant. He blamed the mix up on the fact that a service manager left early on a personal matter. He did not apologize for the nine hours my vehicle was in for service and just turned over the dirty vehicle. The manager clearly felt that one less happy customer was not an issue, and we also had to endure snide comments from an employee that did not agree with our displeasure. Needless to say, I will not be returning for any service at this location. More

Held car, no updates, didnt even have parts to do service I dropped my car off at 10 am yesterday and was told it would take a short time to complete the 3 pieces of work. The person who answers say they don't show that anything was done to the car and cant answer any questions. Aaron calls back again to tell me that dave did not actually have the parts in to do the work when he took in my car and they did not have an estimate of when they would even have the parts in. so they took my car, knowing they didn't have the parts, and then let it sit for a day without calling me. I just called in now and david blamed aaron, and last night aaoron said david was the one doing the work. if you want to waste a lot of your time hearing ridiculous excuses and dealing with completely incompetent people use this dealer. also james Pollack the service manager has a voicemail box that doesn't actually work. so good luck More

We no longer service any of our th On September 13, 2010 I wrote a review about the first and great service experiences my husband and I had a FOCJD. We no longer service any of our three Chrysler vehicles at FOCJD due to a sharp fall off the pinnacle in their service history on our vehicles. The most notable service failures for each of our three vehicles: failure to put in proper amount of oil (if we had not caught this in time, the extremely low oil amount could have resulted in engine failure on a rare Chrysler engine); significant damage to interior of car; and failure to inform of worsening condition of vehicle until FOCJD rejected upon state safety inspection. We had to buy a new car recently, and specifically chose not to buy from FOCJD due to their service failures. When the service department went from a sit down inside building > to a stand up inside building > to a stand up outside in vehicle lane environment - this seems to have symbolized a significant change in the culture of this dealership and their resultant vehicle and customer care. Again, I hope you find this review helpful and I wish I had better news - as there are some staff at this dealer that seem to care about vehicles and customers, that are not given the resources or ability to do so. More
Service technician, David Richards, accurately diagnosed why my van was not starting when I called him. I brought it in, and he had the paperwork ready to go when I pulled into the service area. As I gave him my keys, he invited me to have a free cup of Starbucks coffee and the wait would only be a few minutes. Wow, less than an hour later, I am paid and driving my van home. Fixed. This service guy is tops in his field, and he wrote the manual on outstanding customer service. Wow. I will will recommend this dealership because of their SERVICE. I will not take my van anyplace else to be serviced. More
In buying my jeep liberty, the service and openness was very impressive. In receiving the servicing on my jeep, always have been received with courtesy and a positive attitude. One thing which concerns me is the new configuring of the service desks in the entrance area. It is very cold there and uncomfortable for the customer and I cannot fathom how the excellent employees withstand the weather. Like on the show "Undercover Boss", it would be interesting to see the general manager work in this environment in the coldest day. More
