"Brought my xterra to Nissan to have major engine work..."

Brought my xterra to Nissan to have major engine work done. What was supposed to be a 2 day job turned into 5, they did not fix the problems my xterra had but made them worse. Upon the initial inspection. I was told that I needed my rear main seal done and agreed to this fix. As well as being told my intake gasket needed to be done as well. On the third day I recieved a call from nissan stating that my intake gasket was still leaking after my engine being worked on because the intake was warped. They did not see this upon the initial inspection, disassembly or reassembly but only after they test drove it. Which means they warped my intake and didnt want to take the blame for it. I also requested that they fix my wipers due to them having power but not functioning properly. I received my car back with absolutely zero power to the windshield wipers. When I called back to explain that this is a hazard and I wanted it to be fixed. They told me that they never said the windshield wiper motor being replaced would fix my issue. But they offered to put in a new switch for $400+ with their switch being over half that cost. When in reality the part is only $60-80. Ive called the service manager multiple times with no answer but they did have the audacity to have the sales manager call me because he "heard" I was interested in a new car. Do NOT trust these hacks and DONT waste $2200 like I did. Absolutely horrible service.

I paid 100$ for an oil change and drove all the way to Las Vegas, NV, where I got another service done when they discovered that the cvt transmission fluid had been spraying out for the last 5,000 miles because someone from the Nissan Fairbanks did not replace the cap on my transmission fluid after they checked it. This branch should be shut down for being incompetent. Don't go here!!!

"It takes a TEAM!"

5 Stars, That's what I say. I have brought my 2014 NV3500 to Fairbanks Nissan for service every 3000 miles since it's purchase religiously. I have had it serviced 52 times in 4 years. I will be making it 53 by the end of next week. On one of those visits, a mechanics found a serious problem that could have put my family in danger. He caught it during the multi-point inspection, which they do every visit. Having a family of 9 and living 45 minutes outside of Fairbanks, I can tell you safety and dependability is very important to me. Nissan is a great product (no doubt for me there) but I give full credit to the employees who work in the service and parts department that keeps my vehicle on the road in great shape. The relief of knowing my vehicle is well taken care of is invaluable. I'm in my 40's and have experienced several dealers and garages in many areas. Nissan Fairbanks takes the cake from sales to service.

"Lied to!!"

The salesman and staff were great until the sale was secured. I purchased a used car ($16,695) from out of town and Stanley Nissan has refused to honor their agreement! After buying the vehicle the salesman told me the second key and autostart would be mailed once they were able to secure them from the original owner. Unfortunately the previous owner "lost" the key and autostart. I was quoted $400 to replace these and Stanley Nissan refused to help replace the missing key/Autostart. The sales manager also failed to contact me after repeated emails (4). To put the icing on the cake I caught a clerical error which I made them to fix! I put a $500 deposit on the vehicle which was taken out twice when I paid the remainder of the cost! Therefore I insisted that I pay the $500 they short changed themselves! Even with this they were unwilling to work with me to replace the key and autostart they told me they would mail. If the sale goes smoothly I'm sure this is an acceptable dealership to work with however do not expect anyone to work with you after you purchase the vehicle!!!!! Based on my experience I would recommend that you stay far... far away from this dealership. They are an ugly stain on the beautiful and friendly town of Fairbanks I have come to know and love!
