Ive been shopping around on and off for the past year, for a good used truck. High pressure tactics to buy new or something I didn’t really like made it most unpleasant. Honestly, I was dreading it. But I was pleasantly surprised when I was walking the lot at Nissan and Andrew approached me. Y’all need to keep that man on the payroll! He asked questions, actually listened to our answers, no pressure - and had a used truck that was a perfect fit for us! Between him and his manager, Debbie, they made this an easy, seamless transaction and we went home that afternoon with a new to us truck! Phenomenal customer service, even afterwards. Andrew called to make sure we were still happy with our purchase - plus offered to help me figure out all the bells and whistles. I know where I’m going when it’s time for my next vehicle.
