We went to a few dealerships in the area to survey different vehicles and narrowed it down to two. We went to Fairfield Mitsubishi and was really floored with how considerate and outgoing the staff were. They showed us the Outlander. Showed us a detailed comparison to the other vehicles we were looking at and helped us understand the pros/cons. When we decided on the Outlander, they even helped to arrange for a dealer in the Boston area to go to the DMV on our behalf to get MA. plates for us that we could pick up when we moved there. As we live in Bristol, I called the dealership and Jay Wolk from Scap Jeep Chrysler Dodge was my first contact. He was very knowledgeable and I was comfortable right away. He was chatting it up with Rita Curtis and I could tell they were good people. Rita took over the details of gathering information and setting the deal up so we only had to drive down to Fairfield and pick up our new vehicle. When we met Rita and Jay in person, we knew we made the right choice! Not only did we get a great deal on a new Outlander, we had a whole team of new friends who knew their stuff... Rene Vibaldo joined us and with his tech savvy, showed us all the bells and whistles that are included in the Mitsubishi Outlander and we really felt taken care of! Rita Curtis offered to hold the car for us for a small deposit on a credit card while we checked out another car over the weekend. When we returned for a second look, they offered us a very good deal without any of the usual back and forth. Rita took care of all the paperwork, from emissions testing to registration and plates to financing. Rene patiently sat with us in the car to explain every feature and even synced our phones to the Bluetooth. Couldn't recommend them more highly. More

panic on a monday night I just moved to CT from NY and got my new license plates. I managed to get three out of the four screws off to put the new plates on. With no other options besides driving around with one CT plate and one dangling NY plate, I drove to the nearest car dealership for help.
