I want to be completely honest and upfront when I say that after my initial unprofessional interaction with Aman from sales over the phone, I did not think I would be purchasing a vehicle from Fairfield that after my initial unprofessional interaction with Aman from sales over the phone, I did not think I would be purchasing a vehicle from Fairfield Subaru. I was spoken to in a rude tone and things were said that should not have been at all especially when I was coming in paying all cash. It left a bad impression. However, shortly after, I received a call from Josh, the Sales Manager. He took the time to speak with me, listen to my concerns, and set everything straight. He made me feel heard and handled the situation exactly the way a manager should. Honestly, Josh is the reason I even decided to make the drive out to Fairfield to look at the car. From that point forward, my experience completely changed. I want to give a huge thanks to Josh and Janie for helping me through the entire purchasing process. They were both professional, kind, knowledgeable, and straightforward from beginning to end. There was never any pressure, and I always felt like I was being treated fairly. As someone who is a Subaru enthusiast and currently owns three Subaru STIs, walking into Fairfield Subaru and seeing all of the older Subies throughout the dealership was really cool. It immediately felt like I was in a place where people genuinely appreciated these cars. Purchasing a 2020 STI that had clearly been well taken care of was a special experience for me, and the team understood that. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan, the Parts Manager, who took the time to show me a couple of the cool Subies around the dealership. Wahid, one of the owners, also came over to introduce himself towards the end of my purchase and was genuinely excited for me about purchasing the STI. Those little interactions really stood out to me. At the end of the day, what started off as a disappointing experience turned into an exceptional and straightforward purchase. Fairfield Subaru did the right thing, treated me fairly all the way through, and made me feel like I walked out not only with another STI, but with some new friends along the way. As a Subaru STI die-hard, I’m especially happy knowing this car is going to a forever home where it will be appreciated and taken care of. Thank you to everyone at Fairfield Subaru who played a part in making this happen. I truly appreciate everything you guys did to turn the experience around and make it a positive one.
