Sales person Tony was excellent. Would purchase from him again. Reduced rating by one star as the person(s) who were completing the sales paperwork made multiple, repetitive errors Would purchase from him again. Reduced rating by one star as the person(s) who were completing the sales paperwork made multiple, repetitive errors resulting in a nearly a two hour back-and-forth while the sales paperwork, DMV paperwork was corrected multiple times. This was a cash transaction. If the paperwork had been completed correctly the first time, the whole transaction (including the test drive) would have only taken about 1 hour. Instead, the entire process took over 3 hours - very frustrating. Again, Tony was outstanding! And I would still purchase from this dealer in the future. More
