Ominous Rattle After being hit in a minor rear-end collision I heard a rattling sound. The service center was very good about identifying the noice, which was loose exhaust hanger. It was quickly fixed. Service appointment Came in for an oil change. Appointment was at 1130. Didn’t start until 1230. Was there way too long it should not take 3 hours. Also to find that my a Came in for an oil change.
