ecm software upgrade I arrived 15 minutes early for a scheduled one hour service. I was logged in at 8;24am and was not contacted by the service rep until 2 hours later. He explained that there was a problem uploading the software, but, that it should be only another 15 to 20 minutes longer. One hour later he came to tell me that the service was complete, and said he was "sorry for the delay". More

Great service but high labor costs! The service department worked hard to get the parts for my car in a timely manner. Also they gave me a loaner while my car was in there shop.
