Eric, I appreciate your feedback and I regret that you feel the way you do towards us. On occasion, we do misdiagnose customer concerns with their vehicles. Simply put, we are humans and we sometimes make mistakes. When that happens, we own up to the full responsibility of those mistakes. In this instance however, we do stand behind our diagnosis. While the other shop may have repaired some minor engine oil seepage, it is our belief that there is an underlying issue with the transmission.
