Great staff! I was getting my seat repaired and Liz was very helpful. I had a nice loaner car for my use which helped me out a great deal. Because I had prior issu I was getting my seat repaired and Liz was very helpful. I had a nice loaner car for my use which helped me out a great deal. Because I had prior issues with my seat and my car is not that old, the issue was escalated to Volkswagen Care and the dealership paid for 75% of the repair cost. I am a forever member of the Volkswagen family and will always go to Fairfield Volkswagen for purchases and service needs. More

TDI recall Everything went smoothly and I got a nice loaner car to use. I also had a clicking noise that was behind the glove compartment. I am happy that after you sent it out to be fixed by the dealer, and that it would not start when you went to pick it up hopefully gives you the better understanding of my frustration. I have the van because I am usually accompanied by children . I am thankful and hopeful that I do not have to come back anytime soon. I am a little sad that it was driven back and forth on more than one occasion and I had just filled it up before it started acting up again. and when I got it back the tank was empty. I am also thankful that the other problem was solved without me having to pay again. I t was a very rough start at the beginning where I was told that I would need to get my own rental car, and then when I came back to get my stuff out of my car it was already headed to the dealership. Complete misdiagnosis I brought my car in in June to check out a fluid leak. It was diagnosed as a transmission fluid leak and that the pan seals were broken. I had the wor I brought my car in in June to check out a fluid leak. It was diagnosed as a transmission fluid leak and that the pan seals were broken. I had the work done but the fluid continued to leak. I brought the car back in and was told that there seems to be something internally wrong with the transmission because it seemed to be spraying burnt transmission fluid out the vents. With only 68,000 miles I thought that was a ridiculous thing to do so I took the car somewhere else. Turns out there was an oil leak where the dirty oil was dripping onto the transmission. This shop couldn't tell the difference. The other place fixed the oil leak. No more fluid is dripping. I complained to this shop to ask for a reimbursement for the wasted work and diagnosis fees but got no response. They did respond to a review on another site, stating that they still believe there is something wrong with my transmission, even though there is nothing that indicates that. More
