Very good service for a critical repair Car was having a misfiring issue and had to drop it off that evening. By the morning Chad had called me to review what was planned to be performed and Car was having a misfiring issue and had to drop it off that evening. By the morning Chad had called me to review what was planned to be performed and to give me updates. Within the day, the car was already identified with the issue, what was observed, and recommendations to help prevent anything outside of the extended warranty from failing. Very informative and helpful, and the repair/service work was fairly quick in the end. And as of right now everything seems to be running smoothly! Would recommend for any VW owner to repair here.
