Slightly inconvenient I was recommended in a previous apt to get a tire replaced. I was told to schedule an apt for this, which I did. I called and scheduled. When I arrive I was recommended in a previous apt to get a tire replaced. I was told to schedule an apt for this, which I did. I called and scheduled. When I arrived to my apt, I was informed the workers should have had me order the tire in advance, which they did not. So the tire I needed was not in stock. Since I scheduled the apt, and it was listed in the system why I was coming in, I would have thought someone would have caught that and contacted me to order the tire. The worker who delivered this news at my apt (1/6/18 @ 9 am) was not the nicest about the mistake, which was made by VW. I was having a new issue with my headlight, so he did look at that and fix it, so luckily it wasn't a totally wasted drive out there. I would have liked for him to be a bit more apologetic and helpful. It wasn't specifically his fault, but the fault was on VW, he could have been more understanding about it. More

Normal issues with a 10 year old car with 100,000 miles on it and they treat us wonderfully. More
