Also while inquiring about a future buy, Chad took me into the show room and introduced me to a salesman. Unfortunate Experience I was sad to find out that after I scheduled my 10K maintenance that it was going to cost me $122. I was told when I purchased the vehicle that my fir I was sad to find out that after I scheduled my 10K maintenance that it was going to cost me $122. I was told when I purchased the vehicle that my first 2 visits would be included. I told the service rep and she said she would double check, but of course nothing came from that. I then realized after everything was done I really only needed to get my oil changed, I didn't necessarily need to do the full service. How much needs to be done at 10K??? This basically led to me paying an additional $50 for a car wash and wiper fluid! While everyone that I worked with was friendly I can assure you that this experience has changed my overall view of the dealership. We were return buyers here even after the diesel Jetta fiasco that we had to go through and I don't think I will be back now ever... Not for service or purchasing. More
