I had also noticed a tear in my driver's leather seat and inquired about getting it repaired. It wasn't covered under factory warranty because of the mileage on the car but Chad said he would look into seeing what could be done. He called my husband the next morning and told him the dealership was willing to pay for 50% of the cost for a new seat! WOW! We have been loyal customers of Farifield Volkswagen for a few years now and intend to purchase all of our future vehicles here and definitely will continue to bring them back here for any maintenance or service needed. I have never been so happy and satisfied with a dealership before! More

Joe communicated several times after the estimate and during the work while in progress to insure satisfaction with the plan and progress. Both Joe and Bill reviewed the completed work in detail 'on the car' not just like some do on paper- from parts, fabrication and installation including progress photos of key steps that they predicted I might be interested in. My repair need was not a simple parts installation but also required innovation and fabrication expertise due to some complexities.
