Reliable I have leased four VWs from Fairfield Volkswagen and have gone to them exclusively for service and repairs. I have confidence in the dealership. This recent lease (a 2017 Tiguan Wolfsburg Edition) no longer included VW Care, which covered all oil changes and normal maintenance for the duration of the lease. Chad Bernges suggested I purchase it. I did after he estimated the cost of the servicing for the next two years of he lease. More

Road hazard visit to replace Passat TDI radiator I was generally happy with the service received and the installation expertise of the technician. Chad was helpful in suggesting that I check with my auto insurance company for possibly covering the repair. I did so and was successful, however was disappointed that the dealership would not accept the insurance company coordination of payment and required me to pay the entire bill a pickup. Since I am 1,000 miles from home, I guess that I'll have to go home to get my check. Another minor thing was that the car wasn't even run through the dealership carwash prior to my pickup. It would have been nice and I am used to this add on service in North Dakota dealerships. The next morning I did have to add 1/2 gallon of antifreeze and had my warning light come on. I assume that this was an air bubble and subsequent use was with no issues. 190 degree temp was consistent during my return trip. More
Expensive Terrible repair services that are slow! Volkswagen dealership took over a month and a half to fix a broken window regulator then after Window was fixed I found a large crack in the window pa Volkswagen dealership took over a month and a half to fix a broken window regulator then after Window was fixed I found a large crack in the window panel (which was 100% not there prior to it coming to there they're dealership) they're claiming I will need to pay to fix this even though they admitted they probably broke. This small part fix cost over $600 and 10 hours of my time. Please save yourself time and frustrations and DON'T GO HERE! Mechanic that worked on car was Josh. However, service associate Chad Bergnes did a great job and was the best part of the Volkswagen dealership. More

The fact that he sent me out the door with a car that was unsafe is of course unacceptable. Things happen but he must understand that he hurts his employers reputation but even worse he demeans his profession. I'm sure this was an embarrassment to him and it won't happen again. After discovering the situation due to a wheel shimmy I returned to have the situation fixed properly. Bill who I have had some personal experience with did the fix. I am very impressed with Bill's professionalism and the job was done right. I pay a premium to have my service done at your facility. The main reason for this besides you providing a courtesy car is Chad Bernges. Chad is knowledgeable, professional, and engaging. My career was spent with P&G, we always stressed total quality in our work.. I see that in Chad and you are fortunate to have employees like him and Bill. More
