Took advantage of my son Sent my 18 year old son to Fairfield Volkswagen for routine oil change and multi point inspection. Service tech told my son that the "as part of your service we found that the car needs new tires and rear brake pads". My son, not having any prior experience said OK. $1400 later, we had new tires and pads on a car sitting in my driveway because he left for college. There was no explanation that these items needed attention soon. He was told they needed fixed now. So disappointed that people treat young adults in this manner. More
