Fairfield VW was very acomadating with ordering and repairing the window regulator. Got car back from them 7 days later with a mark/puncture hole on the drivers side inner door panel. Reached out to them via e-mail with no reply. Called VW Customer Care and spoke with Poncho M about my concerns. Shortly there after I recieved a call from Stacy at Fairfield VW. We agreed on a date and time for them to look at/repair my door panel. Everythings great, I arrive there at the dealership, no Stacy and there are no loaner car left for the day. Chad in service was unaware of Stacy's appointment with me. Wast,,ed that time! Made a new appointment for the following Tuesday, loaner car was there, Stacy was there and the contractor who does plastic mending was scheduled to arrived late that morning. Next day Chad called at 8:00am, your CC is ready. Picked up car later that morning, repairs are perfect. Good job nameless contactor. More
