Courteous and Thorough I took our beetle in for a possible tire leak after hitting a pot hole. Better still, to my shock, there was not a fee for them to take care of everything. Stephanie was extremely kind and courteous throughout the entire process, explaining everything in detail. She even made me laugh during a hectic work day, which is always a win! More
