Last minute fix couldn't have been easier! There's nothing worse than getting a piece of metal in your tire on the way home, except for maybe driving 50 MPH on the donut. I called the next morning and Chad made an appointment for the same day. When I pulled into the service garage, Cory walked out to assist. He made the check in process easy and made sure I had the WiFi password. Honestly, everyone, I saw while I was there was so nice! Especially the guy that made sure I knew how the coffee machine worked, sorry I didn't catch your name! I realized I left my cell phone in my car and Chad was nice enough to retrieve it. Cory let me ask 1000 questions, all with a smile, and double checked that they were all taken care of before I left. It's a hike to drive from the Kenwood area, but I'll gladly continue!
