It was one of the best experiences I've had. I think he went above and beyond to make sure I knew EXACTLY what needed to be fixed on my car. I would defiantly tell others to come here and work with him. I have already told most people I know how awesome this all was, because I was really frustrated with the entire situation of my car and not knowing exactly what I was getting into. Seriously just overall great!!! More

It started with a new light bulb and a car wash. At 110,000 it seemed time to replace the struts in my '07 Rabbit. Encouraged by the high level of service provided by FVW's newest service writer, Cor At 110,000 it seemed time to replace the struts in my '07 Rabbit. Encouraged by the high level of service provided by FVW's newest service writer, Cory Knight, when FVW replaced a tail light bulb and unexpectedly washed my car, I decided to get a repair estimate. A well known regional tire discounter had already estimated just under $1,000 and I didn't expect FVW to beat them. Stacey Riggs pleasantly surprized me! FVW not only did the strut work, but they also provided a courtesy car for my convenience and then replaced both strut tower mounting brackets at no charge when a bolt on one of them accidentally sheared off. Nice. As if this wasn't enough, when I returned the Rabbit three days later to have a new noise in the front suspension diagnosed, they again provided a courtesy car while the technician determined that the old strut tower bearings had failed. Yes, these were also replaced at no charge in order to maintain the integrity of their strut work. Nice twice. As a person who works in a service oriented industry, I've always felt that the benchmark of a high quality operation is not as much based upon how well they perform a service, as how well they resolve issues that arise after the original work is completed. In this situation, the folks at FVW exceeded my expectations. Next week they'll be changing the transmission oil and filter when we do the 110,000 mile service. Trust earned. Thanks! More

Good. 2nd visit. I was in for 10k miles service. Everyone was very pleasant from service to others while in showroom. I was given a ride to pickup food while waiting I was in for 10k miles service.
