My sweet car is not sick any more! My car started making a crazy noise on the way home from work and the dash lights lit up like crazy! I thought perhaps if it could rest overnight, it would be fine. Not so much so my husband and I took it straight to the dealer. We were greeted with a big smile from a service tech who said he would take a look and have an answer with in the hour. We left it there and sure enough, he called my husband, gave him an idea of what was wrong and how long it would take. We picked it up before 5pm that evening and was delighted to know that it was still under warranty! Everyone was kind and quick to get me checked out. Your service department rocks! More

Service and repair Battery light came on in my 2007 Jetta on the way into work. Called to see if I could bring my car in that day to have it looked at. Josh answered my call and talked with me about what might be the problem Josh looked and even got a loaner reserved for me to drive while service employees troubleshot and repaired my car. I do have an extended warranty on my vehicle and Josh contacted them and dealt with them so I didn't have too. During the inspection of my car, other issues were noticed and Josh informed me of those and quoted me the costs to repair everything and what my warranty would cover and what my cost would be. I have been dealing with Fairfield VW now for about 3 years and they have always been professional and courteous to me and have taken great care of my 10 year old Jetta. More
