NOT HAPPY. Even thought the work was done for free I was shocked at how much the shop charges per hour for work $110 per hour is just stupid. Our next car will not be a VW for sure. More

When I pulled in and arrived at the check in desk they did not have me down for an appointment but said they could get me in and out in about an hour hour and a half. Why do you recommend making appointments online if you don't check them or know about the ones that are already scheduling that way? More

The service department gentleman (Guy Marino) was very kind and concerned. He did all he can to address my issues.
