WOW!! Unbelievable customer service... to say the least. My credit was at 498 and I had just been in a car accident. A few days later, the financing fell through because I owed money to my landlord. The ENTIRE TEAM worked together and were able to get me better financing through another company!!!! I know for a fact they worked unbelievably hard to get me new financing as I was denied left and right everywhere else. It is nice to know that there is a car dealer out there that really takes the extra time to help turn the worst months of your life, into the best!! NOBODY could get me financed....NOBODY. I had no vehicle. Is my 21% rate really high? Yea. Was my Jeep fairly priced? Yea. The point is, they got me into a great vehicle. The finance company I thought was going to be a scam is actually great. I deserve the high rate and after a year I can refi down to 12 ish. The vehicle is a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. It's perfect. I had a few problems with it....boom...sent it right to their mechanic...fixed! I will buy from them again...did they make money off of me? Sure. But as I said, I walked in there last and they got me a car. We all know if you don't have a vehicle, you are dead in the water. Any questions, email me. I have no reason to lie. I recently purchased an '06 Acura TL from Fairless Motors and to say my experience at this car dealership was excellent would have to be an understatement. I got the car for a great deal and the employees we and to say my experience at this car dealership was excellent would have to be an understatement. I got the car for a great deal and the employees were more than willing to help me out in finding the right car for my budget. The car itself was an excellent buy, great condition and the minor problem i had (a cracked rim) was fixed and payed for by the dealership within a week of my purchase. The cars are 12 months guaranteed which took me by surprise because the previous dealership i made a purchase at had only a 30 day guarantee. All the employees here are really great; very nice and sincere people willing to help out in any way they can. You really can't find many used car dealerships like Fairless Motors. I will definitely continue going to Fairless Motors in the future and i highly recommend them for prospective car buyers. More

I bought a car from this dealer back in 2007 and I did not have a problem with them at all. Now in 2011 I just made another purchase and did not expect to be lied to so many ways. I was told by DJ if I r not have a problem with them at all. Now in 2011 I just made another purchase and did not expect to be lied to so many ways. I was told by DJ if I refer someone to the dealership and they qualified and bought a car then the dealer would make a payment for me that month. Well I took a friend there and he dealt with DJ. They never made my car payment. When I kept calling and saw I wasn't getting any straight answer I went to the dealer and that is when Will told me, the only way they make the payment for every referral you bring in to them is by adding my car payment onto my referrals purchase. So in other words my friend would have to pay my car note not the dealership! Will also told me that they couldn't confirm the purchase because I wasn't there when he bought the car. I thought it was funny because when I spoke to my friend Christine told him that they were going to give me a $300 commission for his referral. When I asked to speak to Christine he said she was going to be out for 3months, the best they could do for me is give me a check for $100. Well my truck I bought their mechanic don't know how to work on it AT ALL! I could 1week after the whole ordeal with them not paying my car payment and I was shocked to hear Christine on the other end. When mentioned to her Will said she was going to be out for 3months she was confused about why he would say that when she only took a few days off! I took my truck back to their mechanic so he could fix my TPMS and Fairless Motors said for me to take it to the Audi dealer and they will pay for it, that's what Rick said and as an idiot I did just that and they DID NOT PAY to get it fixed. Luckily for me the Audi dealer was very nice and did not charge me! I will never go back there nor will I ever refer anyone to their dealership. Funny because I had a friend who wanted to get a car from them. But I talked him into going to another dealer a real car dealer! I also filed a complaint with the PA AGs office. More

I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. They are a fraudulant company. First they told me that I had 2 years left on a factory warranty through Mercedes. They also told me that the car was checked out fraudulant company. First they told me that I had 2 years left on a factory warranty through Mercedes. They also told me that the car was checked out 100 % and everything was working. After taking the car home I discovered a number of problems. The windshield wiper pump not working , the front and rear driving sensors not working , oil light came on , tire sensor broke , trim coming off. I called them and they told me to take it to Mercedes. I took it there and was told by Mercedes that I had ZERO warranty left. To make matters worse , Fairless would not do anything and tried to sell me a warranty that they said would work at Mercedes. To be safe , I called Mercedes and the warranty that they tried to sell me could not be used at Mercedes. So after screwing me with the car , they tried to screw me more with the warrant......STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY More

Folks, just stay away from this dealer. whatever they say is just lie. i made a deal on the phone and drove 2 hours to get the car. Guess what? They asked more money than we spoke. Even though I told them the price they gave me was different than on the phone and over my budget, they kept saying the car is perfect, had that feature and so on. Also, they tried to fool me and acted like I had no idea about the car and financial things. If you ask them how much the car is gonna cost you in total, they will never say. The only thing they keep saying is you gonna pay this much monthly. They made sounds cheaper but at the end of the day they just trying to f..k you. After all, finally you get out of the store (if you can), they know that you are not gonna get they car, they just become so aggressive and you feel like they gonna beat you up. This is my first complaint about a company. That means they really pissed me off,trust me and stay away from this dealer. More
