I didn’t care for anybody there. Salesman, sales manager, horrible. We were there 3 1/2 hours to buy a simple car. Everything was slow. We have purchased many Fords over the last 28 years from another local dealership but recently were disappointed by their lack of care and concern. We decided to try out Fairway. I looked for the Subaru that checked all my boxes for a month and finally found one at Fairway. The car had just been traded in, so Wes and Frank worked quickly to get it ready for a test drive for me. Onc month and finally found one at Fairway. I went with their financing option since it had lower interest rates, and opted for the 5 year warranty. I feel safe in my new Forester, and am very happy with my purchase! More
