Smooth sale, no follow-through after I bought a 2023 Ford Transit 15-passenger from Fairway Ford in September. The buying process was easy and my salesperson was very responsive. The dealership even had a driver deliver the van to me 1.5 hours away. The afternoon it arrived, I found the front camera and the front of the 360-degree view didn’t work. I reported it that day. The salesperson confirmed the van was covered by its 90-day warranty and told me to schedule with service. Service booked the repair for mid-November. They estimate up to three days and told me transportation has to be arranged through sales. The warranty includes alternate transportation for covered repairs, with dealer authorization. I’ve texted my salesperson three times about this over the past week and a half and haven’t had a reply. I also submitted a written request through the dealership’s contact form on 11/2, and no one has responded. When you’re buying, they answer within minutes. When you need the dealership to stand behind the sale, it’s silence. I’ll update this review if they make it right. More
