Fairway was well stocked with used trucks. Thats what I was in the market for. Larry, our sales guy, came out right away. The truck was not cleaned very well and they didn't put any gas in it like they had said. They told me their card wasn't working that day? Last thing. I had to negotiate a better interest rate. I knew I had a 828 credit score going in. So, I should have be eligible for the best rate. They offered me 5.9 but later dropped it to 5.1. I feel like they should have worked a little harder at getting me the best rate right out of the gate. More
