The truck was not cleaned very well and they didn't put any gas in it like they had said. They told me their card wasn't working that day? Last thing. I had to negotiate a better interest rate. I knew I had a 828 credit score going in. So, I should have be eligible for the best rate. They offered me 5.9 but later dropped it to 5.1. I feel like they should have worked a little harder at getting me the best rate right out of the gate. More
