I want to update my experience after initially having some concerns. After reaching out, Ms Bianca Ramirez and Josh Crocker went above and beyond to make things right, breaking down language barriers They listened to my concerns, took them seriously, and worked with me to ensure I got exactly what I was originally expecting. I'm now the owner of the Ford F-150 Raptor 2026 (37 Package) | wanted, and I'm extremely happy with it. Ms Bianca and Josh followed through on their commitment and delivered a solution that fully met my expectations. While the process didn't start perfectly, what really matters is how they handled the situation - and they absolutely stepped up. I appreciate their effort, professionalism, and willingness to make things right. That level of customer service makes a big difference. I can now confidently say I'm satisfied with my purchase and the way everything was resolved.
