I actually found a truck online that I wanted to see and set up an appointment with Kristie and my wife and I went to look at it early on a Saturday morning. Within a few minutes she found one that has not been out on the lot yet and said I think I may have found your perfect truck. She was absolutely 100% correct. The flow of purchase after that was super simple. She got the numbers put together for us after the test drive and I decided I wanted it and within 20 minutes after that we were in with the finance person and 20 minutes after that we were driving off the lot with a truck that I love.
