I would have given 5 stars because the sales and delivery process were very positive. However, there were some issues with the car afterwards and it has taken what I feel is far too long to resolve them. Spe process were very positive. Specifically a spare key was missing and it has taken nearly a month to get it replaced. After several calls over the last month it is finally getting resolved. Once the dealership notified the key company they were in contact with me the next day to take care of it. More

Visited dealer because they had a vehicle with specs I could not find closer to my house in Charlotte. Eliza the sales women was good, I thought she was able to work most of the deal by text and phone prior to me coming in and was friendly and fairly knowledgeable. She seemed a little inexperienced but thought she handled it well and she will grow into a great saleswomen. Did not have a great experience with the sales manager, thought he came off arrogant. Finance Manager was great and once I got to his office he was able to get through the paperwork fast. More
