Visited dealer because they had a vehicle with specs I could not find closer to my house in Charlotte. Initial contact through the website was good, but then it took a few follow-ups with the internet pe could not find closer to my house in Charlotte. Initial contact through the website was good, but then it took a few follow-ups with the internet person to actually get a sales person to call me back. Eliza the sales women was good, I thought she was able to work most of the deal by text and phone prior to me coming in and was friendly and fairly knowledgeable. She seemed a little inexperienced but thought she handled it well and she will grow into a great saleswomen. Did not have a great experience with the sales manager, thought he came off arrogant. Finance Manager was great and once I got to his office he was able to get through the paperwork fast. More
